This report is an example of how investors can support social enterprises and leverage additional funding, to tackle housing issues in high-deprivation areas, promote community engagement and ensure affordability.

Since 2015, Big Issue Invest and the Greater London Authority have invested £11.4mn in 13 community-led projects, creating 110 affordable homes with 200 more in the pipeline. The aim is to expand this model across the UK to combat poverty and social inequality.
