In this report, XPS presents an analysis of climate reports across 45 pension schemes representing approximately £400bn of assets. The analysis summarises the key trends and learnings. Despite the backward steps from governments and companies on climate commitments in 2025, the report shows that 75% of schemes have set net-zero targets (up from 60% last year) and there have been positive actions taken within investment strategies to address climate change risks.
