With the publication by EOS at Federated Hermes of their 2022 annual review of engagement and voting highlights, Leon Kamhi reflects on stewardship carried out within a polarised landscape for active ownership, including:
EOS integrated cost-of-living engagements into their wider stewardship programme, asking companies to provide an assessment of the impacts on their business model and their stakeholders.
Federated Hermes Limited continued their leading work on biodiversity, advocating for an ambitious global biodiversity framework.
