Civitas Investment Management were proud to be recognised as ‘Property Investor of the Year’ at this year’s HealthInvestor awards. This award reflects the continued support of their operators across their 1,200 properties providing care, support and education to almost 10,000 individuals.

Following their £200mn sale and leaseback of a portfolio of special schools and care homes with CareTech in December 2022, they have continued to invest in SEN schools, specialist care homes and supported living throughout 2023 and 2024, which contributed to their team's efforts being recognised at this year's HealthInvestor awards.
