One of Civitas Investment Management's founding partners, Andrew Dawber, recently contributed to an article in IPE Real Assets on how social infrastructure is becoming a fast-growing sub-sector of the asset class. In this piece, Andrew discusses how he sees the rise in importance of this sector not only as a result of the growth of the UK’s ageing population, but also due to the sadly increasing numbers of young people suffering from mental health issues, citing that 'the average age of a resident across our broad portfolios is just over 30 years of age'.
