This year’s TWIN Conference focused on the profound changes shaping our world, politically, ethically and technologically. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with women from across the financial sector, share insights and explore how we can continue to drive meaningful progress.

Laasya joined an inspiring line-up of female leaders in insurance to explore ‘How to align DE&I, people value and profits’ – a timely discussion given the rollbacks we continue to see across the DE&I. She is passionate about how the financial sector can help shape society and the environment, as a proud woman of colour she is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) across the industry.
