Speakers' biographies
Rad Hart-George, Investment Director, Temporis Capital
Rad has been involved in the renewable energy industry since 2007, initially in development roles at Your Energy (now AES), Falck Renewables (now Renantis) and Airvolution Energy (subsequently acquired by Statkraft) before transitioning to investment roles at Albion Capital and Temporis Capital. He has a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University, New York, a BSc in Geography from Nottingham University and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
Andres Senouf, Head of Distribution, Temporis Capital
Andres started his career at Lehman Brothers, where he spent four years trading interest rate options and structured notes. He then moved to Morgan Stanley for six years, where he was responsible for structuring derivative products for Latin American institutions. In 2000, Andres was hired by Goldman Sachs to structure credit derivative products for European clients.
Following his banking career, Andres co-founded Temporis Group. Outside strategy and business development, he focuses on building a distribution capability and raising capital, for Temporis funds and the Group.
Andres holds a BA in Economics and a masters in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. Andres speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and his native French.

David has worked in the pension and financial services industry for over 35 years and has both UK and international experience. As well as being Senior Director and Training Lead at Pensions For Purpose, David is an accredited professional pension Trustee. David has broad investment, risk management and operational experience across both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes with a particular interest in ESG and climate change, and he holds the CFA certificate in ESG Investing as well as being a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.
