Connecting with people, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and learning new languages are the driving forces of my life. Having lived in six countries, I've chosen Glasgow as my home. These global adventures, as well as the local ones, have significantly broadened my perspective on ESG issues, teaching me the complexities of addressing risks and identifying opportunities.
During my master's programme in Global Political Economy at the University of Glasgow, I got in touch with the concept of 'impact investing' - a career path that would offer me the opportunity to contribute to increasing the capital flow towards meaningful purposes. With this goal, in my master’s thesis, I examined the voluntary carbon market, pinpointing its weaknesses and proposing improvements based on insights gained from interviews with project developers across different countries.
Besides my work in philanthropy, I bring three years of expertise in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, and diversity and inclusion. These experiences have enabled me to engage with organisations worldwide, fostering connections between donors and impact-driven groups. Today, I remain curious and look forward to continuing my learning journey.
