Mark Cliff has been an independent trustee since 2013, with a focus on large complex defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension schemes. Mark is a Client Director at Vidett, but in addition, from January 2025, he will join Fidelity International as Chair of Fidelity Master Trust. 

Before Vidett, Mark worked for seven years as Pension and Reward Director at Manchester Airport Group and also worked in the ‘big four’ as a pension consultant for twelve years.

Mark brings significant DC experience as a Mastertrust Trustee, industry client and governance committee member, to the Advisory Board. He also serves as Chair of Trustees to several large DB schemes, including Debenhams, which successfully transferred to Clara in 2024.
