Ian Warner is a Partner in the investment funds practice at Pinsent Masons. He advises clients on a wide range of matters relating to the establishment of and investment into investment funds in a variety of asset classes including real estate, buy-out, debt, infrastructure and renewable energy as well as advising on carried interest structures and other management incentive arrangements.

Ian's clients range from first-time fund managers to established fund managers, large pension funds and other institutions.
